Register your DBConvert license
After your purchase you receive a registration code by e-mail. Enter it in the product to unlock the full version. Here is how to register and how to confirm it worked.

The trial and the full version are the same program. There is no separate "full" or "paid" download. After you purchase, you register the program you already installed with your registration key, which switches it from trial to the full licensed version - nothing else to download.
Where to find your registration key
The registration key is delivered to your e-mail as soon as your order is processed. If you have not received the e-mail with the license information within 6 hours, please check your SPAM folder, and contact us if it is still missing.
Register the product
- In the app, click Help at the bottom of the left rail, then About. An unregistered copy shows Trial version and what the trial limits.
- Click Enter license.
- Enter the registered name, company, e-mail and registration key exactly as they are in the purchase e-mail. Paste the key rather than typing it.
- Click Register.
When the key matches, the app says the copy is now registered to your name. The trial limits are gone at once; there is nothing to download or reinstall.
If registration fails
Check that every field is the same as in the e-mail, and that the key has no space at its start or end. A key is for one product: a key for another pair does not open this one.
If it still fails, contact our support with the order number.
Confirm the registration
Open Help, About again. A registered copy shows the name it is registered to instead of the trial notice.
