Reseller programme

Partner pricing for every DBConvert product. Tell us the product, quantity and end customer, and we will confirm your net price in a quote within one business day.

What you get

Partner pricing, confirmed per quote

Every DBConvert product and edition is available. Your margin is the difference between the net price in your quote and what you charge your customer.

The invoice is in your name

You are the buyer on the purchase record, so you can invoice your own customer as the supplier. A referral commission cannot do that; this can.

The key is in your customer's name

Send us the end user's name, company and email and the licence is registered to them, not to you. Useful when a tender asks for proof of delivery to the named end user.

One condition: sell at or above our list price. Your net price is for the named opportunity in your quote, not a discount war against our own checkout.

How an order runs

1

You ask for a quote

Use the form below. Tell us the product and edition, the quantity, the end customer's company and country, and your purchase order number if you already have one.

2

We answer within one business day

You get both numbers on one document - the end-user list price and your net price - so you can quote your customer straight from it. Our quote is valid for 30 days.

3

You pay the net price

By card, on a checkout link we prepare with your partner price already applied - fastest, and the invoice arrives the same minute. Or by bank transfer against an invoice from Slotix s.r.o., which is what a purchase order needs. Details on buying through procurement.

4

We issue the licence

Once the payment is in, the key goes out registered to the end user you named, with the download link and the activation steps. Card payments are immediate; bank transfers go out on the day the funds land.

Licence keys are issued after payment, never before - on card orders and purchase orders alike. If your customer needs to start work before the paperwork clears, they can run the trial version in the meantime.

Practical answers

Do I have to sign a contract or commit to a volume?

No. There is no agreement to sign, no minimum, and no annual target. Ask for a quote when you have a customer.

Can you quote a larger deal?

Yes. Include the end customer, quantity, expected order date and any tender or commercial requirements, and we will quote the opportunity.

Which products are included?

All of them: every DBConvert database-pair product and DBConvert Studio in all editions. See the store for list prices, and licence types for what Personal, Business and Enterprise cover.

Who supports the end customer?

We do, directly, at no extra cost - the same support every licence gets. You are welcome to stay in the loop; just say so and we will keep you copied.

Can I hold stock or pre-buy keys?

No. Keys are generated per order against a named end user, so there is nothing to stock.

What about a trial for my customer's evaluation?

The public trial needs no key and no registration. If an evaluation needs more time than the trial allows, tell us why and we will look at it.

Request a quote

The more of this you fill in, the fewer emails it takes: product and edition, quantity, the end customer's company and country, and your PO number if you have one.
